1997

Born  on August 21, 1997 in Mikołów. Her adventure with classical singing  began at the age of 14. She received her first singing lessons from the  opera singer and outstanding teacher Dr. have. John Ballarin. Since 2019  she has been a graduate of the “Mieczysław Karłowicz” State Music  School in Katowice. She has currently completed the first year of her  master's degree at the singing and acting department of the "Karol  Szymanowski" Music Academy in Katowice. During her bachelor's degree,  she was mentored by Prof. Ph.D. Agata Kobierska teaches. She began her  master's studies in the class of the Dean of the Singing and Drama  Faculty, Prof. Ph.D. Ewa Biegas. The study period brought with it  numerous successes in national and international singing competitions.  The most recent achievements are:

1st place – International Singing Competition “Iuventus Canti” Imrich Godin International Singing Competition, Vrable – 2023

1st place – International Sacred Singing Competition “Ars et Gloria”, Katowice – 2023.

3rd place – 8th National Vocal-Instrumental Duo Competition, Wroclaw – 2022. ,

1st place – 7th National Singing Competition Krystyna Jamroz, Kielce – 2022,.

3rd place – 1st International Singing Competition Monika Swarowska-Walawska, Krzeszowice – 2021

Grand Prix – International Competition for Young Musicians “Nouvelles Étoiles”, Paris – 2020.

Grand Prix – International Singing Competition, “International Vienna Spring Music Competition”, Vienna – 2020.

The  soprano's repertoire includes the role of Donna Anna from the opera  "Don Giovanni" and the Countess from the opera "The Marriage of Figaro" -  W.A. Mozart. In her final year of study she sang the soprano role in  “Carmina Burana” by Carl Orff. She also sang the soprano part in W.A.  Mozart's Coronation Mass in C major. She has worked with many  conductors, including Tadeusz Kozłowski, Alexander Humala, Mirosław  Jacek Błaszczyk, Jurek Dybał and Rafał Kłoczko.

The  soprano improved her vocal skills in numerous master classes with  world-famous opera singers, including: Izabela Kłosińska, Andrzej  Dobber, Mariusz Kwiecień, Piotr Bewała. She received a scholarship from  the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in 2021/2022 for  outstanding artistic achievements. So far, in each academic year she has  managed to receive a scholarship from the rector for the best students  in the singing and acting department of the "Karol Szymanowski" Academy  of Music in Katowice and an artistic scholarship from the city of  Mikołów.

Grzegorz Biegas

Pianist

He studied at the Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice and  completed the piano class of Prof. Eugeniusz Knapik (1990-1995). In 2002  he completed postgraduate studies in the piano class of Prof. Józef  Stompel. He is a professor in the chamber music department of his alma  mater. The focus of his artistic activity is primarily on chamber music,  with particular attention to vocal literature. As a trainer and  teacher, he took part in numerous singing and chamber music courses,  including in Bückeburg, Vienna, Duszniki-Zdrój, Katowice, Radzyń  Podlaski, Nowy Sącz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Sosnowiec, Beijing and Louisville,  and worked with teachers, conductors and Directors such as Irena  Argustiene, Walter Berry, Henryka Januszewska-Stańczyk, Helena Łazarska,  Bogusław Makal, Eugeniusz Sąsiadek, Leopold Spitzer, Daniel Weeks,  Ingrid Kremling, Michał Znaniecki, Michael Ramach, Michał Klauza, Rudolf  Piernay, Izabella Kłosińska, Wł odzimierz Zalewski together. As an  accompanist, he played for soloists in numerous singing competitions in  Poland and abroad, including Bilbao, Karlovy Vary, Vienna, Oslo, Pärnu,  Sion, Trnava, Vráblach, Düsseldorf, Bydgoszcz, Duszniki-Zdrój, Katowice,  Łódź, Nowy Sącz, Kraków, Dublin , Włoszakowice, Warsaw, Gliwice and  Wroclaw and won numerous awards for best accompaniment, including the  Jerzy Lefeld Special Prize. As a chamber musician, he has performed at  numerous concerts in Poland and abroad, as well as at music festivals  (Europe, USA, Argentina, China) and has collaborated with many leading  singers. He has made numerous recordings for Polish public radio and  television (TVP) as well as CDs to his credit, with a particular focus  on Polish music (Quartet in D minor op. 8 by Zygmunt Noskowski, Humorous  Songs by Henryk Czyż, Arias by Józef Poniatowski, songs by Witold  Lutosławski, children's preludes by Edward Bogusławski, songs by  Mieczysław Weinberg). From 2005 to 2012 he was deputy rector of the  Faculty of Vocal and Instrumental Music and is currently deputy rector  of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice.
