She  studied at the Conservatory of the Evangelical Academy in Olomouc,  where in 2012 she graduated in Solo singing under the direction of MgA.  Petry Špačková–Lintymerová. As part of her studies, she participated in  singing interpretation courses of baroque music and master  interpretation courses of Gabriela Beňačková at the Janáček Academy of  Performing Arts in Brno. In the academic year 2013–2014 joined the  Faculty of Education of the University of Hradec Králové in the singing  class MgA. Petra Špaček, Ph.D. During her studies at the Department of  Music, she completed an internship abroad in the field of Music and  Performing Arts at the Academy im. Jan Długosz in Czestochowa in the  singing class of Katarzyna Susky–Zagórska. In 2014, 2017 and 2018, she  received an award at the Interpretation Competition of the Pedagogical  Faculties of the Czech Republic with international participation. As  part of the Pedagogical Days, she performed at the Festive Concerts for  the University of Hradec Králové, during which she collaborated with the  Pardubice Chamber Philharmonic and the Hradec Králové Philharmonic. In  2019, she completed her master's degree with honors.

She  is currently continuing his doctoral study program at the Music  Department of the University of Hradec Králové in the field of Music  Theory and Pedagogy. In 2022, she completed a practical internship at  the Conservatorio Statale "Luigi Cherubini" in Florence in the singing  class of Donatella Debollini. As part of her doctoral studies and with  regard to the scientific topic of her dissertation, she collaborated  with experts from Italian libraries in Florence, Milan, Venice and  Bergamo. In August of this year, she participated in the 25th  International Music Competition "Concorso Pietro Argento" in Gioia Del  Colle (Bari), Italy, where together with pianist Michal Chrobák, she won  3rd place in the Musica Vocale da Camera category. Kristýna Soukupová's  repertoire includes opera and operetta arias, but she mostly  concentrates on the interpretation of the song repertoire of Czech and  world composers.

He completed his university teaching studies (music education – Czech  language) in 1975 at the Faculty of Arts of the Palacky University in  Olomouc, at the same time he completed his piano studies at the  Conservatory in Brno with prof. Ivana Stanovská. He continued to study  the piano under the guidance of doc. Jaroslav Smýkal at the Janáček  Academy of Performing Arts in Brno (1977-1981). Since 1976, he has been  working at the Music Department of the Faculty of Education of the  University of Hradec Králové primarily as a piano teacher, in 1998 he  was appointed associate professor in the field of music education –  piano playing. In addition to his teaching work, he regularly engages in  chamber and accompanist concert activities.
